SET  POSTED  NR  SIGN  ON  AP

   Reference to NP (Notice Pending) sign posted against
Asian Property Development Public Company Limited (AP)
effective from the second  trading session of  March 1,2006

   Presently  AP  has publicly  released its financial statments
for the period ending December 31,2005  to the general public
via SETSMART.

  The SET has  post  NR sign on  AP effective on March 2,2006 .
