Report the use of Capital Increase from warrant conversion

Subject    : To report the use of Capital Increase from warrant conversion
To             : The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

   According to an increase of the company's capital from the conversion of
AP-W1 at 1.00 Baht per share and ESOP-W1 at 3.6 Baht per share during
January 1, 2006 to June 30, 2006, The total conversion of 1,844,472 common
shares in the amount of 6,048,932 Baht  could be classified as follows;

1.ESOP-W1for 1st at Feb 20,2006 converted to be 667,600 shares or 2,403,360 Baht
2.ESOP-W1for 2nd at May 22,2006 converted to be 949,500 shares or 3,418,200 Baht
3.AP-W1 for 16th at  Mar 31,2006 converted to be 204,335 shares or 204,335  Baht
4.AP-W1 for 17th at  Jun 30,2006 converted to be 23,037 shares or 23,037  Baht

We would like to inform that the above capital increase has been used as the
Company's working capital.
