Re. :Report on The exercise of Warrants (AP-W1)

Attn. :Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand

According to the allotment of warrants to purchase new ordinary shares of the Company to existing shareholders on 15 August 2001, each warrantholder could exercise warrants at the exercise ratio of 1 unit of warrant : 1.00289 ordinary share, at the exercise price of Baht 1.- for each new ordinary share on every last business day of March, June, September and December.

The Company would like to inform that there were 2 warrantholders, held 392,000 warrants, intended to buy 393,131 ordinary shares in Baht 1.- each on 29 December, 2006.Therefore, the outstanding amount of warrant is 2,289,580 units.
