Subject : To report the use of Capital Increase from warrant conversion

To : The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

According to an increase of the company's capital from the conversion of AP-W1 at 1.00 Baht per share and ESOP-W1,ESOP-S1 at 3.6 Baht per share during July 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006, The total conversion of 19,875,341 common shares in the amount of 70,037,401 Baht could be classified as follows;

1.AP-W1 for 18th at Sep 29, 2006 converted to be 189,110 shares or 189,110 Baht

2.AP-W1 for 19th at Dec 29, 2006 converted to be 393,131 shares or 393,131 Baht

3.ESOP-W1 for 4th at Nov 20, 2006 converted to be 9,293,100 shares or 33,455,160 Baht

4.ESOP-S1 for 1st at Dec 14, 2006 converted to be 10,000,000 shares or 36,000,000 Baht

We would like to inform that the above capital increase has been used as the Company's working capital.
