SUSPENDED TRADING AND LISTING STATUS TERMINATION OF AP-W1

Asian Property Development Public Company Limited (AP) announced the maturity of the Warrants of Asian Property Development Public Company Limited (AP-W1) with exercise notice period starting from February 19, 2007 until March 9, 2007 and the exercise date to subscribe to its common shares on March 12, 2007. The closure of the warrant registration is scheduled from February 19, 2007, beginning at noon, until March 12, 2007.

Therefore, to comply with the clearing and settlement system, AP has requested the SET to suspend trading of its warrants (AP-W1) effective from February14, 2007 until March 12, 2007. (Detail as in AP 's news on SETSMART dated on January 24, 2007)

By virtue of Clause 5(6) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, issued on February 9, 1995, the SET will suspend trading on AP-W1 from February 14, 2007 until March 12, 2007 as requested. In addition, such warrants will no longer be listed securities on the SET since March 13, 2007 onwards.
