To report the use of capital Increase

Subject : To report the use of Capital Increase from warrant conversion

To : The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

According to an increase of the company's capital from the conversion of AP-W1 at 1.00 Baht per share and ESOP-W1 at 3.596 Baht per share during January 1, 2007 to June 30, 2007, The total conversion of 6,329,817 common shares in the amount of 16,842,036.03 Baht could be classified as follows;

1. AP-W1 for 20th at Mar 12, 2007 converted to be 2,280,426 shares or 2,280,426 Baht

2. ESOP-W1 for 5th at Feb 20, 2007 converted to be 2,735,479 shares or 9,836,782.48 Baht

3. ESOP-W1 for 6th at May 21, 2007 converted to be1,313,912 shares or 4,724,827.55 Baht

We would like to inform that the above capital increase has been used as the Company's working capital.
