INBrief: AP opens bookings

PROPERTY: Asian Property Development Plc is preparing to open bookings for its three-billion-baht Life@MRT Ratchada condominium developed with partner Pacific Star.

The condominium, on a seven-rai plot next to the Ratchada MRT station, will have two buildings, 32 and 37 storeys, with 883 residential units at a starting price of 73,000 baht per square metre.

The company will apply a book-building strategy allowing its customers to reserve their desired units without any payment as it wants to gather information to gauge the market. The process will start next Wednesday at its sales office in at the Esplanade Plaza.

AP shares closed yesterday on the SET at 6.60 baht, down 10 satang, in trade worth 91.7 million baht.
